I purchased tickets to an Eagles games 2 1/2 months before the game. I kept calling through the next 2 months asking where they were but they could not give me an answer. I called them finally 9 days before the event and then they tell me that there is a problem with my order (which they never bothered to call me and let me know). They never got the tickets in to send to me. They told me they would credit my account and have someone help me find replacement tickets. They were supposed to give me a call but they never did. I called back the next morning and they told me yet again that they would give me a call back while they work on my order. Of course, they never called me back. nMeanwhile, I still haven’t received my credit they promised me during this time. The next day, I called back again and they helped me to find alternate tickets to the same event I planned to attend. The cost was $150 more than what I had previously paid and they refused to pay the difference. They did not seem concerned about my siutation at all.
