Complaint: I called the company and asked for the part ineeded, telling them the exact part number. I informed them that the part must be the exact part number. I told them to insure the part was good as they are a part that has high failure rate. They told me they had exacly what i was requesting and the price was $300. at which time I again asked if they were sure it was correct part in working order. I was told yes it was. I told them to invoice me through my PayPal account which they did and I authorized the payment immediatly. I waited for three weeks to recieve my part before calling them to tell them I had not recieved my part. I was told they would check on it and get back to me. Five more days past with n contact so I called them back and was told the two matching parts they had on hand neither one was in working order. They put me on hold for ten minutes and returned to the call. They told m at this time that they had found the part from a different vendor and that this part would cost $400. I told them no thank you and just please refund my money. They said they would. Then thirty minutes later the owner, Ian called m home and told my wife they would get me my part for $350 and they would be making no orofit at that price. My wife phoned me with this information and I told her to call them back and tell them no thank you , just refund my money. She did and they told her they would refund my money. That was twelve days ago and still no refund. I emailed them that i was going to file a claim with PayPal and report this to NY BBB in hopes they would refund me. They have made no effort to contact me,I emailed them I was now going to press charges with the local authorities if I was not refunded. Still no refund and so now here I am having to d this. I will try to find other venues to warn them of this.
