Auto Armour Auctions Colorado Springs Colorado

Complaint: I was pleased at first with the car cover and when it was destroyed by hail I was delighted that the company would let me have a warranty replacement for $29! The warranty replacement deteriorated so badly in the next 3 months that it was shredding and my hands were poking through it like dry-rotted paper! They offered me another $29 replacement but would never respond to my quality issues, photographs of the damage, or my inquiry about their “Buy Back Guarantee””! They left me high and dry and I am searching for a better cover because I won’t pay $29 for more garbage that might be worse than the last. The only answer from this company was the option for a warranty replacement. Never a response about my other concerns or requests. The only way to reach them is by email. Ebay cannot help once several months go by. I feel the cover is a scam because this company does not fully stand behind their guarantees or respond to defective quality claims. They deliver some inferior quality products. The fit was not very good either. Their ebay ratings are high because they get people to rate them quickly before giving the cover a test over several months.”
