Complaint: sold me mud flaps on 05/13/2013 but here it is 06/04/2013 and they haven’t been delivered. I contacted them a couple times. They had me do the home work to my dismay. FedEx shipped to the wrong address. The problem here is‘s apparent method of solving this problem is having me the customer do the work. I have to call FedEx. I have to call the parts guys. I have to give them the info to contact FedEx. I have to wait on the phone with the parts guys and fedex. That’s not customer service. I work and it’s wholly inconvenient and infuriating for a customer service person to demand I do their work. Bottom line, no parts, no refund and no satisfaction. Before you think to save money, consider what poor customer service imposing on your time to fix their problems is worth. I thought they’d handle it, confirm I didn’t get the parts and ship me out a replacement with expedited delivery. No way, that is not the case. Now I face having to take the time to charge back the item and go through all that time. It’s very frustrating. I finally told them I’d make complaints online if they didn’t solve my problems today and they viewed that as a threat, shoving their nose up again at me.
