Complaint: I had ordered a very simple part form this company. An O2 sensor. I ordered it on 8/03/2011. I ordered ground shipping which was to take max 7 days. Around the 11th I called to check the status of the orde and the recorded message told me the part was to be delivered the next day. The next day no part. I called the automated system again and it said the part was shipped and to be delivered on the 12th. The 12th no part. I called and customer service told me it had been shipped and gave me the Fed Ex tracking number. I called Fed Ex and they said the label was printed but nothing had been shipped. I have called cancellaton dept. 5 times to cancel only to be put on hold and never to speak to anyone. I have canceled this on line only to have no response or resolution. Call center in Phillipenes is of absolutly no help! At the ned of the day this company will be happy to take yor order, charge you for the part and deliver nothing and not give you your money back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
