Purchased Cyberhome CH-LDV 700B from WalMart on 4-12-04. Returned defective unit the next day for another. nThis unit failed out of return warranty period. Contacted Cyberhome/Argus and was issued a RMA# on the 6th of June. nThe same unit was returned about the 16th of June in the exact same condition as it was sent. Now they will not respond to my emails or notes send via the support website. The factory warranty period is 90 days. nI also contacted customer service at WalMart on the advice of the manager of the store where I made the purchase. (1-800-WALMART). I was told that a local district manager would contact my within 2 business days. Four days have now gone by with no contact from Walmart or anyone. nCharlesnPlano, TexasU.S.A.
