Eagle Transmission Dallas Texas

Complaint: Do not take your car to this Eagle Transmission location in Addison. JD Shelton and his wife Robin told me how they just bought the business and were so excited and they would take care of me. They did exactly the opposite. I had to take my car back a total of 4 times to have them fix my transmission which they charged me $1787 to rebuild. Address: stressful three weeks I have given up on pursuing them helping me or refunded my money. I will have to take legal action. Oh and guess what….when I took my car to have it checked for any leaks……the only leak is the transmission fluid! UNBELIEVABLE!!! i call Robin and tell her and she immediately says….if anyone messes with the Transmission it voids the warranty. DUH! I know that! They keep blaming it on an electrical issue but Victor @ Mazda and also a gentlemen who works on electrical wiring in cars says that one has nothing to do with the other. Why would they do this? Or maybe it’s their mechanics who look so happy to work there. Either way they are responsible!”
