Ergocube Sydney Other Review

I placed an order for computer gloves with Ergocube on 26 February 2008. I received an email immediately to confirm receipt of my order. nI sent follow up emails to Ergocube on 3 March and 14 March 2008, requesting an update on my order, as the status still shows “pending review””. I have not received any responses to my emails. nMy credit card has not been charged yet

I have not received my gloves either. nMy experience with Ergocube:n- Bad customer service: Ergocube do not respond to you at all.n- Non-delivery of goodsn- No communication between buyer & sellern- In their order confirmation email

they wrote “”Your order will be processed promptly and arrive soon””. This is misleading
