Complaint: I am writing this as I am for the second time since purchasing my car from Gunn Auto, sitting on the side of the road broke down. I recently purchased a car from Gunn Auto just 30 days ago, One day after purchasing the car the check engine light came on and the car died and would not start back. I called Gunn Auto to inform them that I was going to return the car for my money back, they insisted that I bring it to them and let them look at it. They do have a 48 hour policy that you can return the car. I agreed to let them look at it, I took the car to them and they kept it for two days, as the 48 hours was past when they called and said it was finished. I picked up the car and no sooner got off the lot and the light was back on and the car was dying again and not wanting to start. I called them back and was told that there was nothing they could do that I could not return it as the 48 hours past and that they would fix it but I would have to pay for it. I have been out over 1500.00 in repairs plus all around brakes that was needed just after purchasing it. I am now stuck with a junk car thanks to Gunn Auto. They claim they have a good reputation but I find that hard to believe with the experience I have had with them. They have proved customer service is not a priority of theirs and I would never recommend anyone to do business with them! Horrible dealership!
