Complaint: Brought my daughters XTerra in for service to replace the gear shifter that had come off in her hand while driving. They replaced the gear shifter and left the old shifter and old parts laying on the floor of the car. The service department also told me the car needed new valve gaskets and a major tune up for $1050.00. I took the car to another service center for a second opinion and they told me that the car has new valve gaskets already, a new distributor cap, new plugs and new spark plugs and did NOT NEED ANYTHING done to it at all. They pulled the parts off and showed me all the parts were brand new. They put the diagnostic computer on the car and the motor tested good, no problems. I could not believe how dishonest and deceiving the Hudson Nissan service department turned out to be. They have lost my business after buying 4 cars from them!!!!
