Complaint: I have a 2012 nissan Versa, Iu2019m the first owner. It came with brand new continental tires which was quoted by other shopsto have a 60,000 mile warranty on them. My car only has 26,600 miles on it. I baby the car. Iu2019ve taken my car to Monro the past two years for my oil changes which included the tire rotation. Itu2019s even stated on each receipt that they rotated my tires. Now Iu2019m being told that I need new front tires. Iu2019ve gone to Firestone, Sullivan tires and the repair shop at a gas station. They all told me it looks like the tires have never been rotated. Front tires donu2019t wear like that unless they were not properly rotated. I refuse to pay for new tires when it was not my fault the tires were not rotated. I assumed they were taking care of my car. My tires are so bad that they will not pass inspection. How do tires wear down to the wear line at less than half the useage? I spoke to Monro and the lady never returned my calls. Finally I posted it on Twitter and I got a reply. At this point Iu2019m frustrated since no one is helping me. They posted on twitter that an offer has been made to me, yet no one let me know of this deal. I call Alisha and she offers me two tires free if I buy two. I donu2019t need four tires, my back tires are good. That offer was not only insulting it was wrong. I told the lady that Iu2019m not accepting that as to Iu2019m not the one who messed up my tires in the first place. She was snippy and said thatu2019s all theyu2019re going to offer me. I ask for a supervisor, he offered me 50% off the two tires. Fact is, if I mess up someoneu2019s photos guess who isnu2019t going to be paid? Me! Iu2019m responsible for anything I mess up or ruin. They should be held accountable for their mistakes and improper care of my car!
