Complaint: Went to car dealership on a Friday and put a down payment of $500 on a vehicle. When we left the dealership on that Friday, Robert was to call us Saturday morning about other banks for financing. We never recieved a call untill Monday. Due to working all day Monday I missed both of Roberts calls. On Tuesday I called Robert back to figure out if I had been approved for a loan. I was approved, but It was for a way to high of a payment. I mentioned to Robert that I would like to check with my bank about a loan and he said that it would be perfectly fine and asked if I could get that done by the next day. On Wednesday we could not get to the bank due to it only being opened half a day. I tried calling Robert two different times on that Wednesday leaving messages to let him know that we would have the loan on Thursday. Robert never returned either of those calls. Thursday morning I checked my bank account and realized that the down payment had been refunded back into my account without my authorization. So I tried calling Robert, but he was at an auto auction. So I spoke with Zack, he proceeded to tell me that they had refunded my down payment and took another down payment from another buyer. He said that the guy would be coming to get the truck Saturday. Very angry that they had done this behind my back, and no communication what so ever and refunding my down payment into my account without my authorization, I drove to the dealership after work. When I confronted Robert about this he did nothing but lie to me, and handled the situation very unprofessionaly. When I found out that there was no possible way for me to get the truck that I had put a down payment on, I had felt that i was very mistreated and lied to. I knew that there was nothing that I could do so that is why i felt writing this review would give me some kind of satisfaction. I hope that this review can maybe save someone else from going through the same situation that I did.
