On June 6, 2012 I submitted an application and a check for $600.00 to Mr Goodnight and Operation Show You Care to participate in the Troop Fest at Sam Boyd Stadium on July 14 & 15, 2012 as a vender. The Check was Deposited in the Operation Show You Care account within a week. This was one month before the event. On July 6, 2012, nine days before the event, I recieved a phone call from an unknown lady informing me that the July 14 & 15 event has been posepone until August 25 & 26, 2012. She said “Clark County”” told them the weather would be “”cooler”” in August. On July 9
