Progressing Leasing LLC Jenison Michigan Review

When I went to purchase a phone, I asked Boost Mobile if there was a simple way to pay it off in 12 equal payments. They set me up with Progressive Leasing. They only showed me the part of the contract where my total fee would be around 118.00 – plenty of interest on a 99 dollar phone. But they kept deducting money from my account, and not just monthy but bi-monthly. I looked at the contract online and noted that they were charging me 130.00 leasing fee on this 99 phone, plus the fee for the phone, plus an extra 9 dollars the first month. A total of about 259.95 for this 99 dollar loan. I have viewed the customer complaints on 4 different sites and the unhappy customer is given the same two sentence, cut and paste response. “Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. We recognize that some time has passed since your dissatisfactory experience. We strive to be above board with our customers and our hope is that we can assist you with your concerns. If you would like to discuss your concern with us

please call at 877-593-2520. We appreciate your time.”” But nothing is ever actually corrected. This is the very definition of Loan Sharks.”
