SUPER SHOPPER AUTO SALES Anderson California

Complaint: I have owned a car bought at Super Shopper Auto Sales for only four months. The very next day after we had drove it off of their lot, we experienced PROBLEMS!! By problems I mean, SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON, THE TRANSMISSION DROPPED GEARS, OUR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION BEGAN SHIFTING VIOLENTLY, OUR TIRE MADE A RATTLING SOUND, AND WHEN WE RAN THE AIR CONDITIONER OUR ENGINE MADE A HUMMING NOISE… We called back that same day and the dealer told us to bring it back right then and their mechanic could look at it, but they thought “all of the problems listed above was caused from the gas cap not being sealed tight enough.”” Sounds like it right? And ofcourse we had nothing better to do than drive an hour away (again) to have thier mechanic look at a car that should have ALREADY been checked. When we got to the dealership
