I ordered tickets through online form. My bank account was charged money for tickets. I failed to receive tickets. Ticketmaster called me to tell me there was a problem with delivery. I returned their call. They refused to help me. They refused to mail tickets to billing address. I am now out the money I paid and they are refusing to issue the tickets. They have also not offered a refund or any other solution. They are refusing to help me help them with the problem. I cannot imagine why there would be a peobkem with delivery. I verified my billing/shipping address was correct and so if they are having problems on their end it is due to internal issues under their sole control.At this point because they took my money and are refusing delivery of the goods they have committed fraud.
