TicketsNow McLean Virginia Review

I was directed to TicketsNow.com from a site promoting a show I wanted to go to. I bought tickets for $50 each (x2) plus a mandatory $15 shipping charge and a service charge of $20. I spoke to a friend of mine that had just purchased tickets for the same show for only $19.95 a ticket. nI called TicketsNow not more than 2 hours after my order was placed to request that my order be cancelled. The customer service representative said that when I confirmed my order I aggreed that I would not be able to return, refund, or exchange my tickets once the order was placed. I told her I was not going to be using or needing her services and asked that I be reimbursed. Upon refusing I informed her that I would be calling my credit card company and canceling the order. nShe stated, “I’m sorry if you think that your getting your money back

but you are not going to and when your bank calls our company they will agree. To this I responded that this is a really awful buisness model

after which she no longer wanted to speak to me. nTicketsNow is nothing more than a large scale scalper that hoards tickets for popular shows in order to gouge the consumer with mark-ups of over 200%. A company like this should not be allowed to thrive. Price gouging and poor customer service from this company should be investigated. nJoshnMcLean
