I placed an online order with Toys R Us. They said the ordered item was in stock and would be shipped withing 2-3 days. I placed the order on the 27th of November and called for status on the 5th of December. nThe lady I spoke with said the item was in stock and she would place a investigation request with the warehouse to find the item. The next day I received an E-mail that stated my order was cancelled and the item was not in stock. nAfter an hour and a half on the phone (I had been “transferred”” and “”placed on hold”” which everytime led to my call being dropped) I finally got a hold of someone who said that item was not in stock. I Googled the item and Toys R Us web site showed the item in stock and available funny thig is the price increased $21.00 from when I ordered it just 1 week prior.nWatch out for online orders from here! nMelissanNorth Branch
