I am visiting Tokyo and wanted to go to a concert with friends. I bought 4 tickets to Chris Brown concert for $67 each. When I checked my credit card the company had charged me a total of $3396.56. A day later I got another email saying the concert was postponed but new date confirmed yet. Chris Brown is not being allowed in Japan because is on going cases. I won’t be in Tokyo to attend the event and I didnot authorize the amount charged. I have been trying to contact Viagogo but there is an automated reply when you call them. My emails have been responded with an automated reply as well. This has been the worst experience ever. I want to mke sure that consumers are aware of the fraudulent company. At this point I don’t have much hope of getting my money back. Please help!
