World Volkswagen Toms River monroe township New Jersey

Complaint: On 4/28/2014 we went to World Volkswagen of Toms River to seek out new car After credit was run the manager David and sales rep Chad Lorenzo said only way to get one is to take the 2012 Ford Fusion for now and after making on time payments for 6 months he would get us into any care new one at 0% interest or used 1.9% under their guaranteed customer retention program . On 11/7/2014 we contacted Chad Lorenzo to start the process and were informed that they would not do it and that what David said didn’t matter and he was not there anymore and he was going to see what they could do and call us back . I called them back on 11/10/14 and spoke to Glen who said nothing they could do and didn’t matter what David said because he was no longer working there. David and his salesman pressured us all day and made us overpay with the understanding that they would refinance at those rates in 6 months and it would help to build up our credit. Unfortunately we were naive and they did take advantage of us with those promises. Now no one is willing to listen call back or answer to help us get this solved all we got told verbatim is tough luck and that David now works at this establishment so go there and ask him to keep that promise
